Theepi attu [ Andhra Pancake]

I am not a cook, very new to cooking and very bad with remembering the recipes for the dishes. It's getting costly to have food from outside every other day, so I prepared this one day and was happy with the result. Worried if I would forget the process, here I am writing down the recipe.

So here is the recipe for 'Theepi Attu' [Andhra Pancake]:

Ingredients:-
  1. Atta (Wheat flour ) / Besan (gram flour)  - 2 small glass.
  2. Water                                                         - 2 small glass.
  3. Sugar                                                         - 6 Tablespoons.
  4. Oil                                                             - You will need it lots.


Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and ensure there are no lumps in the batter. Take a bit for taste and add more sugar if required. Take a Pan (non-stick preferably) and heat it for some time to dry off any water on the pan. Pour 3 Tsp oil on the pan and let it stay for a minute or two to heat the oil. Take a cup or a scoop of the prepared batter and pour at the center of the pan and tilt the pan to spread the batter. use a spoon to apply some oil to required areas where batter doesn't get fried properly. Look for lift and flip the cake to the other side, if the color is golden brown, you are good to go. wait till the other side reaches the same color and serve.
